I had many life-changing events and adventures in my life. Still, one thing had never changed: For over two decades, I’m studying about people, working and volunteering with people, managing, empowering others, and helping them grow. My personal and professional journey led me to help others identify growth and fulfillment opportunities, break through their perceived limitations, achieve their goals by focusing on their strengths, and live their best life. This is my core and calling and part of my DNA.

For seven years of my career, I managed volunteers and had the privilege of seeing the best of human nature in action. My volunteers loved the causes they were volunteering for and believed in our organizational values. They were engaged and did their job with lots of energy and a sparkle in their eyes. All I had to do to facilitate this magic was to find the best fit and role for each volunteer and invest in their individual and team development. We achieved significant goals together, and I loved it!
As my career progressed and I became a Psychologist in the Organizational field, I met a more balanced picture of human nature. I learned about various reasons and motivations for people's decisions and behaviors. Many people don't have that sparkle of motivation and determination in their jobs as they have in their hobbies or volunteering. For a while, my own volunteering was the most meaningful aspect of my professional commitment as well. It all made sense.
Along the way, I discovered Positive Psychology and Strengths-based Coaching.
The more I studied this approach, the more frequently I dared to wonder about that magic that we created in those volunteer environments:
WHAT IF… We could consistently invest in our most extraordinary talents, do what we love, and focus on what we are good at?
WHAT IF… It doesn't have to be just a magical moment, a couple of hours a week of volunteering, or a hobby or even the favorite part of my job?
WHAT IF… We could expand those exciting, engaging, powerful, authentic, connected, fulfilling, and valuable moments, bringing them into our lives, teams, and organizations?
WHAT IF... We could be at our best every day?
As a Strength-Based Personal and Organizational Coach, I inspire clients to explore and communicate their core values, talents, and strengths. I guide them to create a better understanding of personal, team, and organizational growth. Together, we increase fulfillment, engagement, and productivity.
